"Truth must be discovered, but there is no formula for its discovery. You must set out on the uncharted sea, and the uncharted sea is yourself. You must set out to discover yourself..." -Jiddu Krishnamurti

So Much For Getting Back In The Flow !
I think it's in these states that Artists, Musicians and pretty much everyone get their inspirations from, more on this later.
I feel inclined not to mention that I will be meditating and starting up on hemi-sync again, because each time I do I seem to have no time. So, no more planning. I will report back only when I have any relevant experiences and at the end of each week report back all the methods I have used.

Hemi-Sync: Getting Back In The Flow With Advanced Focus 10
After getting comfortable I imagined my energy conversion box and inside this box I placed all my worrisome thoughts.
I then did the resonant tuning (a breathing exercise). I noticed as I was breathing that my eyelids and my forehead were very tense so I relaxed them. This helped feeling the energy in my head as I continued with the breathing exercise. I could feel the energy stored in my head increasing. More energy than usual, felt like something heavy crushing against my skull. Managed to stay conscious enough for the next part, creating my resonant energy balloon with the energy stored in my head. Felt tingling sensations around my feet as I was creating the resonant energy balloon.
By the time Monroe counted up to 10 I was feeling really spacey and light.

Smiling During Meditation
Right now my main goal for meditation is to connect with my inner being / higher self. As well as meditating now (hopefully on a daily basis), I intend to listen to the hemi-sync cd before sleeping.

I'm Back But Not Yet That Bad...
I have never been so stressed in my entire life - not sure if this should be attributed to the fact that I haven't been meditating. So much for being mindful. I guess in retrospect my experience these past weeks have not been so bad - some things did go well.
I've decided to hire the professionals to finish off all the major works so I can just relax - for now. As for astral projections - I have not had any experiences as expected. I did however fall ill for a few days and the interesting thing about that is it happened at the time when I was most angriest.

I'm exhausted
I have a feeling that from this exhaustion I might have an astral projection. Here's what happened the last time I was this exhausted.

A Break From Hemi-Sync
So I'm gonna go back to my evening meditation sessions and practice the excercises from Gateway Experience Wave I before going to sleep.
Astral Projection, Technique 3 From A Seth Book
If you keep this in mind, generally speaking, then you will find yourself able to do so within a brief time. It is a pleasant and easy way to achieve a projection, and with some experience you will discover that you can maintain good control, walk out of your apartment, and outside. You may then attempt normal locomotion, or levitation.
There is little strain with this method, and it has benefits from several viewpoints. Simply keep the method in mind so that you are alert to the initial favorable circumstances. You may be half awake. You may be in a false awakening. The method will work in either case. It offers good possibilities in another direction: you can, if you want to do so, look back at your own body.
You must want to do this however. Often you do not want to see the body by itself, so to speak, and so you choose methods that make this more difficult. just this one exercise will sharpen your control greatly. It is an ABC you see.
The experience will be much less startling to the ego than an abrupt projection, and the ordinary nature of the activities, walking into the next room for example, Will be reassuring. You are more calm, and in your own surroundings. Of course Ruburt was out of his body when he saw Miss Callahan, who was in the same condition.'
